Food note: This is a dish my partner and I had in Paris and decided to remake at home because it was so simple yet so delicious. Thank you France for opening our eyes to some delicious food.
- 3 eggs
- Mayonnaise (whole egg European)
- Loose leaves
- Optional: balsamic or other dressing for your leaves
- Boil eggs
- Put mayonnaise on eggs
- Cut tomato
- Put loose leaves on plate. Garnish with dressing if you wish.
- Put tomato on leaves
- Put eggs on top of leaves and tomatoes.
