I made this photo in my old apartment, whereas normally I would photograph in my new apartment with my partner. I remember really missing my cutlery. Anyway, onto the recipe. This delicious healthy perfect protein breakfast recipe is the best I had for a long time. I recommend it, as it's fast to make and keeps you full for a long time.
- Smoked salmon
- 1 orange
- olive oil
- Coffee your way (mine is with skim milk in this pic)
- Scramble eggs in a tiny amount of olive oil
- Cut orange into quarters
- Put smoked salmon and scrambled on the plate
- Make your coffee
- Enjoy 🙂
