Healthy Perfect Protein Breakfast

I made this photo in my old apartment, whereas normally I would photograph in my new apartment with my partner. I remember really missing my cutlery. Anyway, onto the recipe. This delicious healthy perfect protein breakfast recipe is the best I had for a long time. I recommend it, as it's fast to make and keeps you full for a long time.

Ingredients
  • Eggs
  • Smoked salmon
  • 1 orange
  • olive oil
  • Coffee your way (mine is with skim milk in this pic)
Method 
  1. Scramble eggs in a tiny amount of olive oil
  2. Cut orange into quarters
  3. Put smoked salmon and scrambled on the plate
  4. Make your coffee
  5. Enjoy đŸ™‚
