Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Off-cut of lettuce
- 1/4 of a capsicum
- Olive oil, salt & pepper
Method
- Cut vegetables into nose, mouth and fringe
- Fry eggs sunny-side up on olive oil
- Add salt & pepper, enjoy 🙂
