• lamb cutlets / chops with sweet chilli sauce & onion
• your favourite salad

Method

2. Place on top of your favourite salad. You can even buy a store-bought ready-made salad for a quick and healthy meal.

Note: This is more of a photo post because of how much I love these little cutlets. I’m not much of a meat eater but this is just a gorgeous dish.
