Lamb Cutlets, Mash & Salad

Ingredients
- lamb cutlets
- sweet chilli sauce
- salt & pepper
- potato, chopped in halves
- butter and olive oil
- Salad ingredients or pre-made supermarket salad (up to you)
Method
- Marinate lamb chops in sweet chilli sauce, add salt & pepper and lightly fry them in olive oil or butter until cooked
- While chops are frying, boil potato, salt it and mash it with a tiny bit of butter to make it tastier
- Take salad, put it together
- Eat and enjoy 🙂
