Ingredients
  • lamb cutlets
  • sweet chilli sauce
  • salt & pepper
  • potato, chopped in halves
  • butter and olive oil
  • Salad ingredients or pre-made supermarket salad (up to you)
 Method
  1. Marinate lamb chops in sweet chilli sauce, add salt & pepper and lightly fry them in olive oil or butter until cooked
  2. While chops are frying, boil potato, salt it and mash it with a tiny bit of butter to make it tastier
  3. Take salad, put it together
  4. Eat and enjoy 🙂
