If you're feeling super lazy, then this recipe is for you. This divine fruity coconut dessert is perfect for any occasion and you can customise it as much as you like. Super quick, it's a lovely form of indulgence.
- 1 mango
- 1 punnet of raspberries or any other berries you have on special or on hand
- 1/3 of a 270ml can of coconut milk, low fat milk will do just fine
- Wash & chop mango
- Wash raspberries
- Pour coconut milk over it and enjoy.
Note: you can also add nuts into the recipe, if nobody at home is allergic to nuts. If you have a diet-friendly variation, I'll happily attempt it if you request it and post it as a throwback. Subscribe for new recipes.
