Chunky Avocado Dip in 5 (Quick Guac)

We've all read about good fats and bad fats by now. If you haven't, here's a link. Just remember to come back here for this recipe and subscribe. This delicious chunky avocado recipe is so simple. I use it a lot, whenever we have tasty and soft avocados in town. Remember to push the top seal of the avocado down to see if it is soft enough, rather than the body. Besides, buying avocado at the supermarket will be one step that will help you pursue your dream of buying a house. Making this dip will help you realise that maybe, life's good enough without one - it's just that damn good. If you think I'm wrong about that house point, just add up how much you spend on eating out and see how much you'd save if you did cook at home instead.

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/3 of red (purple) onion
  • 1.5 tablespoons of sour cream (I used light)
  • paprika
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  1. De-seed the avocado and take the delicious green inside out, place into your bowl
  2. Chop onions into medium-bite-size bits
  3. Mix in sour cream, olive oil, paprika, salt & pepper
  4. Top with a little bit of paprika and enjoy 🙂
