Another Healthy Breakfast Just For You

This delicious healthy breakfast recipe is just for you. One of my personal favourites, it’s also so simple to make. You can make it your own and it can be wallet-friendly if you’re on a budget. Perfect for the whole family, you can make these eggs however you like.

Ingredients
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • optional pretty leaf garnish
Method
  1. Grill tomatoes
  2. While tomatoes are grilling, poach eggs
  3. Take avocado and place it on the plate
  4. Put salt and pepper on the eggs, avo and tomatoes
  5. Enjoy 🙂
