Simple healthy poached egg, avocado & grilled tomato breakfast

Ingredients
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • optional pretty leaf garnish
Method
  1. Grill tomatoes
  2. While tomatoes are grilling, poach eggs
  3. Take avocado and place it on the plate
  4. Put salt and pepper on the eggs, avo and tomatoes
  5. Enjoy 🙂
